New Street Reach Program

This is the name of our latest outreach program. It integrates and build on our existing feeding program as a vehicle to outreach to children who are living off the street. We already provide over 114,000 meals throughout our existing projects. Many of these kids have been forced out of their families due to extreme poverty or abuse.

There are opportunities here for individuals and church groups to assist us in purchasing food and renting the drop-in centre.

Our aim is to reach these vulnerable children for Jesus. This is no easy task. We are planning a town centre drop-in centre where we can gradually build relationships and assess their progress through our program. The program will be headed up by Pastor Abednego our street pastor. There will also be opportunity for some of them to sleep in drop-in centre rather than under the market stalls. We can offer them alternative skill training and basic education and above all a way to find Jesus. If appropriate progress is made they can become a family member in our House of Hope children’s care centre and attend the Fresh Hope Zion Primary School.
