Betty was abandoned on our doorstep

We have 2 new babies in Heaven's Garden Baby Rescue Centre, Betty was abandoned on our doorstep and Jay's mother is severely mentally ill.

Because many mothers live so far away from any medical facilities if a complication develops during her pregnancy it can go unnoticed until it is too late.

MSF charity hospital has told us that if many these mothers were diagnosed earlier their lives could have been saved.

FHMI are working on a training programme as part of our village outreach to educate women on the early warning signs of a potential complication during pregnancy where referral can be arranged early on.
